The variety of landscapes and food&wine products of Canavese generates an appeal that few competitors can boast, on a national and international level.
The third edition of the Festival of heroic viticulture and alpine pasture cheeses aims to highlight the peculiarities of these territories, their products, their food&wine traditions and, above all, the protagonists who preserve and hand down these qualities.
In Ivrea, at the St Marta Hall, sector professionals and wine and cheese producers will hold thematic meetings to outline new objectives for reflecting on and resolving current problems in the sector. The Regional Wine Shop of the Province of Torino, with the help of sommeliers, wine and dairy producers, led by wine and food journalist Alessandro Felis, will accompany participants to discover surprising wine and dairy pairings.
Winegrowers and dairymen will be present in the scenic Piazza Ottinetti to present their excellences... heroic wines from the province of Torino and fresh and mature cheeses straight from the summer pastures.
