Scorribande Metropolitane is an exhibition spread across unconventional spaces and places in Turin. This third edition - which explores the theme of conflict in its various dimensions, from the inner to the social - debuts with Aspettando Godo_ in an evocative Turin creative island. Three actors wait for a performance to begin, but this moment never seems to arrive. In the meantime, they work to find a pair of glasses and try to understand what this ‘lack’ is that they perceive in their lives. The reference to Waiting for Godot is immediate: like Vladimir and Estragon, our characters are also waiting for something that will not come. Fragments of Beckettian dialogue emerge spontaneously, underlining the absence of a resolution. By Riccardo Vigneri, with Camilla Bassetti, Riccardo Giacomella, Simone Roberto Ruvolo and Marco Giorcelli.
