The 'Sagra del torcetto, grissino e toma di Lanzo' (Lanzo Torcetto, breadstick and toma cheese festival) organised by the Pro Loco is back. The protagonists of the food and wine event are the Torcetti di Lanzo, traditionally born as sweets made from bread dough, dipped in sugar or honey and placed on the mouths of the town's communal ovens, while waiting for them to be hot enough to bake the bread.
