The Pavonese Carnival returns with many events for young and old. - Friday 7, 8.30 p.m.: presentation of the characters and the pretty Castellana from the municipal balcony; 10 p.m.: arrival of the procession on the pavilion in Piazza Falcone, investiture of the Castellani 2025 and dance evening - Saturday 8, 2 pm: children's carnival on the pavilion in Piazza Falcone; 9.30 pm: dance evening on the pavilion in Piazza Falcone - Sunday 9, 10.20 a.m.: Blessing and distribution of the fagiolata (bean soup); 2.30 p.m.: folklore parade through the streets of the town and, at the end, spaghetti for the participants; 6 p.m.: burning of the scarlo - Monday 10, 8.30 p.m.: dinner with polenta and codfish on the pavilion in Piazza Falcone (takeaway from 7 p.m.).
