Living in mountain hamlets was a simple and authentic life experience, immersed in nature and linked to the rhythms of the seasons. There were many difficulties and therefore the often small communities developed a strong sense of solidarity and belonging. The ‘What was it like once upon a time?' itinerary will reveal the life that the inhabitants of the mountain hamlets led and, through fun games of emulation, put on the shoes of the ‘Montagnin'.
